Our Trip Home
We are getting ready right now for our long trip home. Please pray for safety and strength. It is about 8:00am (Thursday) here. We land in Lexington at midnight, so it will be 6:00am (Friday) Spain time. See you soon!
Sara, I am glad you made that clear! I was thinking I ought to be "talking" to you a lot more often than I do!! Becky, mom told me today that it was Katie's 3rd birthday and I wondered if you knew...guess you do. It's sunny and hot today (finally, the FL I remember!) and Austin is up napping with pap. He has been extremely sweet and good. I could not have asked any more from him. Although it is clear to me he misses his family. He hasn't cried for you when he asks, but he has let me know he wants to see you. Won't be long now. We plan to leave in the morning (around 6?) and will go as long as he's able. Love you all...thanks for trusting us with your most precious gift (one of them).
Wow- you get Matthew full time on Katie's 3rd birthday. How bittersweet. I hope you all had a good trip. I loved reading your blog while you were there. I hope you enjoy the rest of your break.
