Thought of the Day
WE MISS OUR CHILDREN!!!! Amy, how and where is MJ? Austin, tell mommy and daddy about your trip!
MJ is in London with mom and dad. I am going to meet Dad tomorrow (Thursday) to pick up Maggie and bring her back to Lexington. I just called Dad to check on Maggie and he said they had a good day Tuesday and when I called (about 10:30 on Wed. morning) they were both napping. :-)
So, no worries. Enjoy the last bit of your time. We'll be here when you get home.
We had another very cloudy day at the beach...no sun, but thank goodness, no rain..until now. Big storm is coming. APK is upstairs with pap asleep. He has had a GREAT day. He started out this morning jumping in the waves. He did that off and on all day. He loves it. He took the boogie board out and we tried pulling him on it..he really liked pulling it along the waves. We've walked and mostly he has played in the sand. There is a little boy, Ethan, here that looks very near his exact age. They have played "separately" near each other, but not together yet! I am hoping Austin will get brave and go meet him officially. We haven't been to Aunt Catfish' yet, hoping to wait until it isn't rainy so he can play outside. Maybe tomorrow night..we still want to do Bubba Gumps as well..again, when it's not rainy. This hasn't been a good sun week, but all else has gone very well. Martha just came down and said both pap and Austin are asleep in the dark. Glad MJ is doing well with grandaddy...won't be long now (except I hear Sat. is suppose to be sunny!) Love you.
